No Release of Information to Third Parties
Personal information will not be released
to third parties. There are no circumstances
under which we will provide or sell personal
information to third parties.
No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information
Our computer is not set up to track, collect
or distribute personal information about
its visitors. Our computer does recognize
the site where a visitor "clicked-to-check"
on the ECL.com banner of an ECL.com link
exchange program participant, but we cannot
identify the visitor or the visitor's
address. Site information is used to confirm
participation in the ECL.com link exchange
program, and may be used to advise participants
of the numbers of visitors who come to
the ECL.com site from their sites. No
personal information is collected.
In addition, our web site tracks information
about the visits to the web site. For
example, we compile statistics that show
the daily number of visitors to the site,
the daily requests we receive for information
on or about our web site, and what countries
those requests come from. These aggregated
statistics are used internally to better
provide content and services to the ECL.com
community and may also be provided to
others, but again, the statistics contain
no personal information and cannot be
used to gather such information.
